POLICY
Minimum FIVE (5) night stay.
Rates are for double occupancy. Additional charge of $20.00 per person per night.
Reservations confirmed with a 50% deposit by check or travelers check. Check-In Time: 3:00pm Check-Out Time: 11:00am. A smoke-free environment - smoking permitted on patios and decks. We welcome children.
CANCELLATIONS
Thirty days or more prior to arrival date, a refund will be given less a $30.00 booking fee. Less than 30 days, a refund will be given for the number of days that the room is re-booked. Cancellation policy applies to partial cancellations and full cancellations.
